We're also big on continuing education. We have bi-weekly seminars, often led by our staff, vendors, and other industry experts. We have structured training programs at all levels. And we have "First Fridays." It's the day we put current projects up on the wall and everyone is invited to be a critic and to enjoy lunch together.
